This website (“Site”) is operated by Gourmate Pet Treat Co™ Limited (referred to in these terms as “we”, “us” or “our”), and apply to your purchase of our products from our site.
Please contact us at woof@gourmate.co.nz within 30 days of your Order being confirmed by us.
Include your name, address, phone number, email address and the order number on your email confirmation. If you don’t have an order number please provide details of your Order, e.g. Products included and quantities.
Let us know what the issue is, and whether you’re after an exchange or a refund. Include whether product has been opened/used and provide a photo.
If we deem there is an issue with the product, the following terms apply:

All our prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars and include tax but not delivery charges
